Ben Erwin is currently Director of Support, Training, and Technical Publications at ActivIdentity, responsible for supporting and educating ActivIdentity customers and partners. Ben joined ActivIdentity following the acquisition of CoreStreet Ltd. in 2009 where he was Support, Training, and IT Manager. He has 15 years of experience in the Technical Support and Training fields and is an author of a book and several papers on technology education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from M.I.T. and a Masters in Physics Education.
