Jerome Becquart
Vice President and General Manager of Identity Assurance Mr. Jerome Becquart joined ActivIdentity in 1996 and currently serves as vice president and general manager. He is also an active member of the ActivIdentity Board. Mr. Becquart has responsibility for worldwide product management and solutions marketing, marketing communications, engineering, professional services, device engineering and production, and technical support. Prior to this appointment, he was vice president of products and services. He oversees the company’s product management team; building, managing, and scaling technical support operations globally; and leads the company’s best practice consulting, integration, and training services. Prior to joining ActivIdentity, Mr. Becquart worked at VeriFone as a lead engineer and as an assistant representative at SGN-Cogema in Taiwan. |

Eric Tocatlian
Vice President Identity Assurance Sales Americas Mr. Eric Tocatlian is vice president of ActivIdentity Americas, and is responsible for leading the sales and pre-sales organizations in North and South America. Since joining ActivIdentity in 1998, Mr. Tocatlian has held a variety of international sales management positions. Upon relocating to London and starting operations in the UK, he was responsible for expanding ActivIdentity's channels across Europe. Subsequently he managed the Northern European operations and was named vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa in December 2008. Prior to joining ActivIdentity, Mr. Tocatlian was responsible for sales and marketing at data mining specialist ISoft based in Paris, France. |

Alan Davies
Vice President Identity Assurance Sales EMEA Mr. Alan Davies is vice president of ActivIdentity EMEA and is responsible for leading the sales and pre-sales organizations in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Since joining ActivIdentity in 2004, Mr. Davies has held a variety of executive sales positions. Joining as the strategic alliance manager for the European region, Alan moved to the position of financial services sales manager, before accepting responsibility for the Northern European sales region in December 2008. Prior to joining ActivIdentity, he was responsible for identity and security sales at Gemplus (now GemAlto) in the UK. |

Tim Phipps
Vice President Identity Assurance Sales APAC Mr. Tim Phipps is vice president of ActivIdentity Asia Pacific, and is responsible for leading the sales and pre-sales organizations. Mr. Phipps also directs the logical access business development team in Asia Pacific for HID Global. His team is responsible for promoting and selling converged identity and access management (IAM) solutions such as HID on the Desktop™ that help organizations secure access to their physical locations and IT infrastructures. Mr. Phipps has spent over 19 years working in the security and IT industry across a variety of sectors including major government projects, banking, defense, oil and gas, healthcare, telecommunications and transportation. He joined HID Global in 2007 and led a team that quickly established the company's logical access business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. |

Carolyn Newburn
Vice President, Marketing Communications Ms. Carolyn Newburn is vice president of marketing communications of ActivIdentity, and is responsible for leading the worldwide marketing communications organization. Ms Newburn brings more than 20 years of experience to the company. Prior to joining ActivIdentity, she held a variety of senior-level marketing leadership positions within the security, software and networking industries including; McAfee, Rovi Corporation, and Network General. Ms. Newburn’s responsibilities have included driving the global marketing strategy across corporate communications, corporate marketing, channel marketing and field marketing increasing overall brand awareness and marketing effectiveness across the organization. |

Yves Le Net
Vice President, Worldwide Engineering Mr. Yves Le Net is vice president of ActivIdentity, responsible for leading the engineering organization including architecture, software production, software validation teams, as well as product development processes. Mr. Le Net joined ActivIdentity in 1998 as the project leader in charge of the Authentication Server and subsequently transitioned to engineering manager for the ActivClient and CMS teams. In 2003, he was promoted to vice president and managed the U.S. team, contributing to delivery of the CCS server. Since 2005, Mr. Le Net has been involved in a number of acquisitions, driving significant restructuring and streamlining efforts across the company. These efforts resulted in some important efficiency improvements such as the rationalization of AAA server production from SafeData, SLSSO transfer from Protocom, and the ActivEntry and ActivEntry Mobile product transfer from CoreStreet. In 2011, he became vice president worldwide. Yves is based in the Suresnes France, office. |

Julian Lovelock
Vice President of Product Marketing Mr. Julian Lovelock is Vice President of Product Marketing of ActivIdentity, and is responsible for defining and bringing to market products across the Identity Assurance portfolio. Mr. Lovelock is based in Fremont California, having relocated from London in 2006. He joined ActivIdentity in 2005 as part of the acquisition of ASPACE Solutions where he was CTO and co-founder. Since joining ActivIdentity he has held a number of positions in Product Management as well as market responsibility for ActivIdentity's security solutions for online banking. |
