If you purchased your products through one of our partners, please contact your ActivIdentity reseller for assistance. ActivIdentity provides technical support to direct partners and customers with a current maintenance contract.

Support Hours
ActivIdentity customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, for Premium Customers only .

All other customers, who obtain support directly from their reseller, must verify their reseller’s contractual obligations with their SLA.

Premium Customers can call the dedicated ActivIdentity support specialists in their region on the numbers listed below. All other customers should contact the reseller from whom they bought the ActivIdentity product for technical support.
