As a customer, you will be granted access if you do have a valid support subscription. Your access credentials will be sent to you after you register. A customer with valid support subscription can register up to five contacts in the ActivIdentity Customer Connect portal.

As a partner, once we receive your registration and have a signed ActivIdentity Channel Partner Agreement or Acceptance Letter from your company, your access credentials will be sent to you. If you have questions about the ActivIdentity Channel Partner Agreement or Acceptance Letter, contact your regional channel sales manager or email partners@actividentity.com.
