What is the closing date for registrations?

The closing date for registrations is 29 February 2012.

Can I forward the invite to a colleague?

Yes.

Can I use MDF towards the cost of the conference?

If you are an accruing partner, you may utilise MDF towards hotel accommodation only for the conference dates. All MDF submissions must be made via the partner portal by 29 February 2012. The maximum reimbursement for MDF claims will be €280 for Single Occupancy and €320 for Double Occupancy.

Do I need to book my room directly via the hotel?

No. All accommodation should be booked via the ActivIdentity registration page.

CAN I BRING A SPOUSE/GUEST?

ActivIdentity regret that whilst you are welcome to bring your partners to the conference, we are unable to accommodate them at the ActivIdentity organised events which include the conference, lunches and dinners on the 14th and 15th March. We thank you for your co-operation.

Can I extend my hotel stay?

Yes, please indicate this on the registration form. Please note that outside conference dates the B&B room rate at the hotel is €185 for single occupancy and €205 for double occupancy.

Do I need to pay for my hotel and flights?

All delegates pay for their accommodation and flights. ActivIdentity will cover all conference costs, breakfast, lunch, dinner and transfer costs for the duration of the event.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Smart casual attire will be appropriate for the duration of the conference.
