ActivIdentity has arranged the following discounted rates for Partner Conference Delegates*
€140 for single occupancy and €160 for double occupancy per night. Discounted rates include breakfast, the use of the hotel's leisure facilities, wireless internet access and tax.
We would strongly recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible. Accommodation is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis - so book quickly!
All accommodation should be booked via the ActivIdentity registration page.
The hotel is 35 minutes from Nice Airport and transfers will be arranged for all those arriving on the specified days and times*. To ensure a transfer is booked for you please enter your flight details on the registration page. Alternatively email EMEA Marketing If you are unable to utilise our ground transportation during specified days and times* you will need to make your own travel arrangements to and from the hotel.
You will require a valid passport (a minimum of 6 months to expiry) to enter the country. Countries from Europe and North America do not require Visas. All delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their flight and accommodation costs.
MDF may be utilised for accommodation only and will be reimbursed after the event. Please ensure to keep a copy of your receipt. All MDF submissions for accommodation at the event need to be submitted via the partner portal by 29 February at the very latest.
*Please note the discounted rate outside of 14 and 15 March is €185 for single occupancy and €205 for double occupancy which includes breakfast, the use of the hotel's leisure facilities, wireless internet access and tax.
* Transfers will be arranged from Nice airport to Le Meridien on 14 March and from Le Meridien to Nice airport on 16 March.
