ActivIdentity 4TRESS Authentication Appliance (4TRESS) provides a complete multi-layered versatile strong authentication way for enterprises to secure access conveniently and cost-effectively.

Secure users of smart phone, tablet and laptop with a choice of One-Time-Password (OTP) hard tokens, soft tokens, smart cards, device ID, adaptive authentication, fraud detection and Out-of-Band (SMS or email) OTP for transaction level authentication to block man-in the middle attacks. More than 15 versatile authentication methods enable you to balance between security, convenience and cost addressing each user group’s business needs, and ultimately optimizing your security needs.

4TRESS is available as a FIPS-140-2 (Common Criteria) certified hardware appliance, or as a virtual appliance, and both accelerate time to benefit, ease of deployment and value.  ActivIdentity’s tokens last up to eight years and their seed files can be initialized at your site for added peace of mind.
