Renewing your ActivIdentity Support subscription for ActivIdentity strong authentication and credential management software provides the following benefits:

• Ensures that your ActivIdentity software is as up to date as possible

• Enables you to upgrade to the latest major version of ActivIdentity software
• Allows you to access ActivIdentity Support

What happens if I do not renew? If you decide not to renew your support subscription, your ActivIdentity software will remain fully functional; however, you will lose access to ActivIdentity updates/upgrades and all new ActivIdentity software feature sets.
